John Fulkerson and his wife Mary Ann Meils have lived in New Canaan for 10 years. They have 5 offspring (all on severance packages) and 9 grandchildren scattered from Brooklyn to Seattle. Mary Ann is a graduate of Boston University and has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. She currently designs and produces needlepoint art and quilts. John is a graduate of Texas A&M and has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Baylor University. John spent the majority of his career inside Fortune 500 organizations consulting with executives and teams on how to improve performance. He has consulted with a broad client base across a wide range of industries and functions. John has been recognized by the American Psychological Association as a Fellow for his work in applying psychological principles to improve the effectiveness of individual leaders, teams, and organizations. His work today is primarily focused on coaching leaders to assist them in improving personal impact that, in turn, drives organization results.
